MottoAMOR ET INTEGRETAS
The rationale behind the original design included several elements. The torteaux are an allusion to the arms of the Province of Calabria in Italy where the Crocco family originates, the chevron is a reference to Mt. Crocco in the same geographic area of Italy and the three maple leaves are a reference both to Mr Crocco snr’s three children and that he is one of three siblings.
GrantedThese arms, minus the label, were granted to Patrick Crocco’s father 24th October 1996 (Chief Herald of Canada)
